Does anyone know where I can find pattern instructions for the bouquet quilt block by Monique Jacobs

Haven't found anywhere to buy the pattern, but you can watch how to make it here. It seems the whole block would finish at 16" in the quilt

I'm wondering if you could alter https://www.opengatequilts.com/shop/night-flower-pdf to be like that? It looks like the one in the video is very similar and maybe simpler as it would only have the squares sewn on one end.

Welcome to the QB from SE Michigan! This is always a good place to start. The quilt is very pretty. I am sorry I can't help you find it. I hope someone else will be of more help than I am. Please jump into other groups here someone may be able to help you to find the pattern.
