Would one of you have a pattern for a leaf wreath?????

Want to make a fall wall hanging and use it as a project for my quilting group....

i have this pattern. you make each leaf and acorn individually and then sew them or glue them on a cardboard wreath. i will never use it again. let me know if you'd like it.
