Need pattern for Triangles

Hi, My volunteer group has received a plastic bag of precut triangles, (we make and donate quilts to various organizations) they appears to be made from an 8" square. My friend and I each took a bag, plan on getting together during the week to make a quilt from this fabric, only problem is that I have no idea on what pattern to make. In the bag of triangles, there does not seem to be two of any one fabric, gonna be a real scrappy quilt. Any idea on what to make with these triangles? thanks, Normabeth:)

What type of triangles are they? Here are some patterns for half square triangles http://www.favequilts.com/Miscellane...-Patterns/ct/1#
If they are 60 degree triangles then there are other patterns that would work

I made one using a 1 inch strip of light solid between the traingles and square them up. Use the same solid sashing. It turned out pretty nice. It was a picture in an advertisement somewhere. Really quite simple pattern. Sorry I don't have a pic to show.

Chose a light coordinate and make a Carpenter's Star. Big triangles would work well there. My blocks were 6 1/2" so they were cut just over 7".
