Need quilting ideas for Lil Twister topper

Happy New Year everyone! Made my first twister table topper and am stumped for quilting ideas. What do most people do with twisters? I tried goggling designs but was hard to see what was done. I used one Through the Winter Woods charm pack and some yardage for border. I also used the June Tailor Twist-n-Stitch template instead of the Lil Twister square. Quilting ideas are appreciated!

I did a little 4 pointed petal flower shape in each of my Twister shapes.
