I agree that you have too many lights, just pick a few. I think disappearing 9 patch would be good.

All good advice and you have added some great fabrics. I would see if you could fine one more dark fabric as you need that too. Either a dark brown or dark burgandy.

The rail fence is a nice pattern. I was thinking a maple leaf. Here are some blocks from quilters cache.

I think they would go great as a double sided quilt, but I'm a beginner & not great at matching fabrics but I really like all these.
