New applique method?

I was told about a new appliqué method by Inge Stahl and she uses a Hera marker & foam board.

Have any of you seen this? I tried to google it and couldn't find it,
If you have any info on this and could please pass it on. I'd appreciate it.
Thank you,

Use Bing . com and put in "new applique method by Inge Stahl" and you will find it.

Found these:

http://tedstahl.com/2013/04/how-to-s...away-applique/

Looks like it's primarily for commercial use, although it could be used with a home embroidery machine too. The video shows how it works.

i saw those, too, prism. but they are not the same method the OP described and not the same Stahl.

From QuiltnNan's link, it looks like the Hera marker is used to kind of score a crease along the appliqué edge for a better fold under edge.

Just from a quick read, it looks like she uses the Hera marker and tracing paper instead of tracing with a pencil.
