New Machine Coming!!!
 

Well, as I said in my latest post with #6 scrappy, the machine I quilt with on my frame is very sick. She is a Viking Mega Quilter. It is going to cost a lot to fix her, which I can't afford at this time. My dad, bless him, ordered me a Brother PQ1500S from Amazon today! Sew excited!! Do any of you have this machine and do you like it? It appears to be alot like what I have been using. Some day I'll get the other fixed and then will have a back up.

Congratulations and what a nice dad! I don't have that machine, but I do have a Juki TL98 Q on a frame. I've read that the Mega Quilter, Juki and Brother PQ1500 are quite similar. Have fun & be sure to post a picture of your new machine.

I have sewn with my Brother 1500 for almost 10 years now and she has given me not one bit of trouble!!!! I was looking for a second machine and the Brother dealer told me they have gone to useing a lot of plastic in their machines and the Baby Lock ''Jane'', is the same machine with the old style heavey duty parts.....bought one and he was right.....it is the same machine....sews the same, FMQ's like a dream too!!
