Has anyone shopped online at Persephone's creations, I found it through an online search for a specific fabric. The fabric is a new line and it is only $7.75 per yard
I'm wondering about customer service. Can anyone help me?

I have purchased several times from them!! Their prices are good and customer service is fantastic! Once, after I placed an order, I realized I wanted to order something else. I called them and the gentleman that answered the phone was very friendly and helpful. He was able to add the other item and he informed me that another item I wanted to add to my order was out of stock. I did have to go back thru the website to place the second order but only because THEY DONT SAVE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION!! (A definate plus in my book!) they adjusted my total so I was only paying one shipping charge and I received my goodies in 2 days! I highly recommend them and told them so!

They do have some fabulous prices. The sale fabrics are even better prices!

I love Persephone's, It's one of my most favorite shops. They may not have the volume of other online retailers but if they have it, the price will be good. Great service and very fast and economical shipping. Highly recommend.

I, too, just discovered Persephone's. After placing an order on 01/29 it was received 02/01! My order consisted of Aurifil threads and Superior Titanium sewing machine needles. The prices were very fair, service was excellent! Great company!

I just took a quick look and it appears that they only sell by the yard. I usually buy in half yards or depending on the pattern that I want to make. Too bad they don't sell in smaller quantities. I would buy a bunch.

I found this shop online back around Christmas and they're near where I live. I keep meaning to go check out the store and never get around to it. Never noticed they only sold by the yard. Surely that's just for online. They do sell pre-cuts.

I just came home from my favorite LQS where she keeps her clearance pieces at $4 yd.........but next impulse, I will have to look here again! :)

I just placed an order with Persephone's - they carry some fairly recent/new lines and price was only $7.75 a yard! The minimum cut was only 1/4 yard so I was able to get pretty exact with what I needed. Shipping is reasonable and they will refund any difference and will never charge more. I have a new favorite online shop!

I ordered from them back in March or April and didn't have any problems. Fabric was nice and shipped promptly.
