New rules for digital services USA-Europe
 

Today I learned that many stores no longer sell digital items to customers in Germany for example: it's due to the tax... It's not really clear to me... As I use EQ7 I no longer can buy any digital services! I think that is not very good for the www! And not very helpful for using EQ7... Only free patterns can be downloaded!

Yes, I believe that this started on Jan 1. There were lots of sites with big notices on their home pages in Nov-Dec. It's not just EQ7, it's almost all sites that offer digital items.

Have you checked all the free patterns that are available on EQ7?? I am surprised the the WWW is still free in the US with no taxes YET !!

Yes I checked out that the free patterns or free monthly fabrics are still available over here!
