Alright so I am almost done with the wedding quilt I was suppose to have done in July (hehe). I'm so excited to finish it and give it to my husbands cousin and his new wife. My next project is a cathedral window (simple) jean quilt. It has a little over 300 circles and will have a grand total of about 700 pieces in it. I have a feeling it is going to take me years to finish but I'm looking forward to it. Why the heck would I do this? Well, my husband challenged me to do something besides squares and yes I can't turn down a challenge. So far I have 223 circles cut out. Wish me luck! I will keep everyone posted.
Here is an attachment to the site I got the idea from and the directions. Enjoy! http://www.straw.com/equilters/libra...gallbaros.html |
That one is on my list of to-dos, also. I'm working on collecting blue jeans. As fast as the grand boys are growing, it may not take me long.

That is so cool! I've been saving denim for a quilt but hadn't decided on the pattern. This may just be it!
