what size strips would you cut? or would you even cut strips?
the hst i would trim down from 3.5.

if you stay within the parameters of the instructions, there shouldn't be any problems. if you want to change the piece sizes, then the trouble begins. 2.5 is a leeetle too small for me. 3" strips would be just right. that .5 makes a great big difference in the subsequent pieces.
