Hello,

Does anyone know of any quilt shows or craft festivals that are coming up this year in the North East? I live in Mass. and would love to set up a table at some of the events.

Any good ones that I should attend?

Any advice on running a table will also help.

There's a International Quilt Show coming to Manchester NH around the end of July beginning of August.

You might check on Lowell. I cannot remember if they have theirs in odd or even years, but it is a big one. Last time I was there it was five different buildings around the city. I think it was in the month of August.

Hi Harry,
Every October, there is a craft fair to benefit the music department at the high school in southern NH. My son is a student there, so I can pass along information to you.

I forgot about a local craft fair! Bow High School puts out a really nice craft fair! Heavily attended!! We're right outside of Concord. I'm not sure when its held, but if you call the school 603-228-2210 they'll be able to assist you.

Many quilt guilds in the New England area have small shows. Go on the internet and search for - such as Massachusetts Quilt Guilds and then check to see if they have shows. These are small and the booth fee, if any would be small. Cornerstone Quilt Guild in Charlton Ma is having one in July and I know of others. The large groups require application months in advance so might not get in this year. So my suggestion is to check with the smaller guild shows. Most quilt magazines also have listings of the larger shows and you could plan for next year.

There's one at CCTech in Harwich in August. http://www.bayberryquiltersofcapecod.com/
Also check http://www.quiltguilds.com/august.htm for other shows in other places in other months.
