Oh where oh where can it be
 

I'm heart broken...or I should say I'm foot broken :(. I have a Janome Memory Craft 7700 QCP and I have broken my clear view foot. I have searched the internet and have found the one in the link below, but it doesn't mention my model number. Does anyone know if the MC8200 and the MC7700 can use the same feet, or better yet where I can get one that is for my 7700.

My clearview applique/open toe foot busted a few weeks ago, but it earned the rest, I must have run 1000 miles of fabric under it :)

I was going to suggest sewingmachinesplus.com I have called them and they have answered my questions to be sure that I got what I needed. I trust them ... go for it

sewingmachinesplus.com told me the speed controller for my Janome MC6500P would fit on my Janome 1600P.....nope one is a two prong the other a three prong. Not sure they are always right...

If you have a Janome dealer close, they should have one or at the least be able to get you one.

I am so cheap, I't try the wonderful Gorilla Glue to see is you could repair it first. Honestly, I think one could build a house with that stuff.

I'm sure you'd rather have the exact foot that broke, but Janome does have an adapter that would allow you to use snap on feet and your model is listed with it. https://www.sewingpartsonline.com/sh...830038004.aspx

If the broken one is an even feed foot, that would not be the same, of course.

It never pays to make an iffy repair that could backfire and cause more problems. The glued foot could break apart when sewing and who knows what damage that could cause or be lucky and no damage. Not worth the risk to save a few dollars.

My clarity foot broke so ordered a metal one
