I thought I read somewhere that there is going to be a quilt show in or around OK City in Jan. 2010. A friend of mine from CA is coming to that area to visit her daughter in Jan. I mentioned the quilt show to her because she wants me to come there to see her while she is in OK and I thought it would be great fun to go to a quilt show, but now I can't find the info. Or maybe I was dreaming??? Help would be appreciated! TIA, Emma :lol:

I live in Okla. City and there is always one at the Cox Convention center downtown. It has been run the last 8 or 9 years by Randa Parrish of Heneesey, OK. Last year she sold it to another person and it is still on. I have been told it will be larger this year. Randa did a great job and I go to her shop some. It is about 50 miles from north OKC. My husband and I have worked for Randa in the past, hanging quilts and stuff. I am anxious to see what this one is. They usually have really good classes.
