Owllady 08-15-2010 09:52 AM

Congratulations! You will enjoy it when it arrives. It is really nerve wrecking when you bid at the last minute and there is a chance someone else has a faster computer and jumps in at the last moment.

sunkistmi 08-15-2010 10:35 AM

Congratulations on your new baby!

Quilter4HireAndFun 08-15-2010 12:15 PM

mosquitosewgirl 08-15-2010 12:17 PM

Quilter4HireAndFun 08-15-2010 12:20 PM

peabee 08-15-2010 01:12 PM

Crlyn 08-15-2010 02:18 PM

Lucky lucky you, oh I can imagine what your heart was doing in those last minutes of the auction....isn't eBay nerve wracking when your bidding on something you really, really want. :D

Good luck with it all.

Tweety2911 08-15-2010 02:41 PM

That is so awesome. Congratulations.

QuilterGrandma 08-15-2010 03:25 PM

I talked my dh and dm into helping pay for it, I can tell you I sat on the computer and I was shaking so much I could hardly contain myself for the last few seconds of the bidding my heart was pounding so much I thought I would have a heart attack,
OMG I still can't believe it

Be very carefull. I do ebay for smaller things but DO NOT SEND Western Union for this, you will not receive you goods and they will have your money. I almost got caught up in this when I tried to purchase an Embroidery machine. Good luck.

What fun for you! Congratulations!

Annya 08-15-2010 05:43 PM

I felt that way when I was bidding on a girl doll my niece wanted to match the boy I am taking care of. I was a nervous wreck and said "never again". I would prefer to "pay now" from now on. She loves the doll even thought I am taking care of both of them at the moment.

Annya 08-15-2010 05:45 PM

who is the dealer who sold it. Not John Watts was it?

fabricfairy 08-15-2010 07:54 PM

IT IS HERE YAY.
came home from holiday yesterday and it was waiting for me at the post office.
My DH has assembled most of it already but it wont fit in the room I had in mind so we will have to reshuffle the dinning room and put it in there, the only trouble is I can't lock the cats out of the dinning room. I will post pictures as soon as I have set it up. I already have 2 tops almost ready to do.

blahel 08-26-2010 04:05 AM

how exciting for you..i am looking forward to seeing photos of it!

weatheread 08-26-2010 05:16 AM

I have a set up like you have had it just a few months so far I love it Can't wait to get more tops finished to put on it and practice somemore . So just relax and have fun with it . I am so happy for you

earthwalker 08-27-2010 02:35 AM

Go Litacats!...Dining rooms are highly overated...go for it!...maybe "babygates" could keep the pussycats out. Look forward to seeing pics of your "magnificent machine".

I agree about dining rooms but cats can jump mighty high lol :D
My hubby put a screen door in my sewing room so I can keep it shut but not closed up while not in use.
