In this setting (3) pics it's med, lite, dark....but in the completed lavender one of another post the colors are lite, med, dark........that gives it more definition....imho

I would use the fabrics in both 1 and 2 - personally think the purple is too strong to be the only vibrant color.

I have done the first one with the same fabrics and liked it the best. Then i quiled it with an edge to edge feather design on my gammill. It turned out beautiful! Those colors just make everything pop when quilted and are nice quiet colors. It ened up at my daughters house. Good luck on whatever you decide.

I like 1 the best with 3 a close second. The purple really makes 3 pop, but a slightly lighter blue might make it even prettier.
