I am tempted to order from Thousands of Bolts or Quilt Fabrics Closeouts. I understand they are from the major manufactures and the prices are amazing considering what the local quilt shops are charging. If you have had experience with either of late, please let me know about the quality of the fabrics. I don't mind buying a discontinued line but not interested in seconds.

I have shopped both several times. Fabric is first quality. Not the most recent collections and most times, not the entire collection, that's why the lower price. Customer service is excellent. Shipping was always quick and accurate. They are my first go to shops when I'm looking to purchase. :)

I am a fan of Thousands of Bolts, always very good quality and good customer service.

I have bought sale fabrics from both and think they are first quality fabrics.

Quilt Fabric Closeouts cuts the best of anyone I've ordered from, and they package the fabric beautifully. I always feel that they've taken great care with my order.

Love Thousands of bolts, just ordered from them, got my fabric super fast, and it's definitely 1st quality.
I've never heard of Quilt Fabric Closeouts..now I need to check them out...

i shopped at 1000 bolts and felt I was overcharged for the shipping: was charged $8 for a priority flat envelope. I prefer to shop at Fabric Shack. Wonderful selection and there are marked down fabric in the clearance section. Priority flat envelope is only $3. Best combination, fabrics on sale and discounted shipping. :)

I would have to drive to pickup fabric so try to decide the time and gas it would take...sometimes the shipping cost is worth me not having to get dressed then be overwhelmed by the choices the stores offer or worse yet, not finding what I have in mind.

My order from Thousands of Bolts arrived today. I ordered over the weekend. The fabric is amazing. Very good experience.
