Your challenge quilt is really cute and so original. I think the placement of the butterflies is strictly a personal choice so you should try them in other places to see what 'clicks'. Perhaps you should add the border you have planned to see what that does to the total presentation.

I like the little guy right where you put him. Beautiful pattern, lovely work and you should be very pleased.
