the darker colors will add contrast and keep your eye moving. I love the ideas of some green and a medium to dark rose color. I have a strip twist made from a jelly roll and added scrpas to make it more scrappy. Loved the way it turned out, the darker colors definitely draw your eye around the quilt.

I've been thinking about adding in some darker pink and maybe a soft green as suggested. I don't want it to be hard on the eyes or too confusing with no break.

This will be for a baby quilt I think.
