Question - if I place an on-line order from Joann's Fabric, do they ship it to me or do I pick it up in the store? I know it's a silly question, but I was just wondering.

I have one close by, but I was just curious because I see how I can get extra percentage off my order if I order on-line...

if you're ordering with their coupon today, use the coupon code for the discount or they won't give it to you.

If it's anything like they did to me with the coupon code, They only gave the discount on one yard of fabric even though I ordered 12 yds. of the same fabric. You might want to send an email to find out if this is still the practice because I've never ordered from them again. It didn't make sense to me because if you use the coupon at the store they give the discount on the full amount of fabric ordered(12 yds. @ 40% off ). Just what happened to me and maybe it's different now!

dkabasketlady, maybe they just made a mistake on your order? They have taken the discount on mine correctly.

Some of them interpret "one item" to be one yard fabric. I found that out the hard way too.

I didn't let them get away with it....emailed til I got the whole 40%....don't know if the code was wrong or what.

I haven't ordered online myself. I have a friend that orders from them and gets the discount off the total yardage of a fabric. In the store, I've heard them discuss panels and coupons (1 panel per coupon), but not fabric. I've always gotten the discount on the total yardage of a fabric. But then again, what you get sometimes depends on the clerk. I've had some that let me use multiple coupons and some that won't.
