I too am thinking this could be an opportunity to make a fabulous bag or tote. Sounds like fun!

My guild did something similar only no questionnaire....just a few of our favorite FQs in a brown paper bag. The recipient could add one fabric to the stash. The array of items made were fabulous! Wall hanging, placemats, jackets, purses, totes....the reveal was made at our end of year banquet and was the best time.
