OMG! It speaks to me! It's lovely. Keep going! If you still don't like it when it's all pieced together, offer it for sale here on the board. I'd buy it, (depending on the size) and I'd love it, too.

Aren't you sweet! Thanks. It is going to be okay, I think. I just hate having to struggle so much to end up liking a quilt!! But the struggle was worth it.

OOOOOOOOh I really like your new arrangement.

Very pretty!

Those are perfect colors! Just what I love to work with. I can't stand working with dull washed out colors.

if you are not happy with a 'scrappy' look, rearrange the blocks in a color flow. in one corner start with the pinks, purples and gradually go down to the far corner and the darkest colors. This will let you eye see an organized pattern. I think your quilt is fun and lively, but I completely understand having difficulties with some designs.

WOW! That went from a (NOT UGLY) duckling into a beautiful SWAN with the change of a few blocks. Nice piecing job ! Great job QB members for helping Dina. You all are the greatest group EVER. !! There is only ONE problem I see ! now I am gonna have to MAKE one too! My "TO DO" list is getting quite long ! lol !! *sigh*

I like the separation. That was my first thought too. Also, at first I saw butterflies, until I got to the edge and saw half a butterfly and realized it was circles as you have placed here. Those shapes could easily make butterfly wings and then it would still be modern but be more stylized?

How funny. Right now I have that very pattern done and on my design wall. I did mine with all different batiks using a white Kona for the white part, which looks just like yours. Believe me, even if you don't love it someone will. It is a wonderful colorful quilt.......As a "scrapper", I like it!!!

What a coincidence! Most of mine is batiks, but not all of it. I made 16 new blocks this morning, and tomorrow I will start sewing them all together. I believe I will really like the results, but scrappy is just too hard on my brain. I will go back to making Bargellos or three fabric quilts, just for a brain break. :)
