Another vote for Quilted Twins. Hancock's of Padukah has a lot, too, but Quilted Twins has good prices.

Beverly's on the internet, they have the most beautiful panels for children and house and the price are not too bad!

I love the Old Country Store in Intercourse, PA.(See link) I realize you are in Washington State but it gives you an idea of what's out there.
Also in PA I love Weavers Dry Goods-most panels I've ever seen in one spot.

I've never made a OBW but I'd like to some day, so do you mind if I ask why you're using panels instead of fabric?

It's a current trend in OBW's. You use 6 of the panels for the hexagons and then arrange them around the 7th panel. I've seen a lot of really beautiful ones. Here's a link to give you an idea of what I'm talking about.
