I have a Tin Lizzy and do mostly meandering and would love to start using stencils and panographs. I'm not sure how to mark them. Any suggestions?

I don't do pantos, but this has quite a bit of information.

I used Pantographs, they helped me learn how to make beautiful feathers, how do you learn unless you draw them over and over again?
do you have a laser light? The table would be where you lay the panto. Check You Tube, you may find your machine and how to run a panto. Stencils, I used pounce pads to mark the quilt, but you need to practice, because you need to know how to get around on the stencil without stops and starts. Practice practice practice. Enjoy |
you don't mark pantographs.. they are strips of design that you lay on a fixed spot and then follow the design with a laser light beam that is attached to your machine this guides you in the design. when you finish one "strip" you just move to the next area. that's the general idea.. but you would have to get information on your individual machine for more detailed direction
