Paper pieced quilt block ?
I was wondering if there are any books that have paper pieced patterns for traditional quilt blocks, and also are there any books for paper piecing mini traditional quilt blocks 3 or 4 inches.
Thank you |
Go to quilters cache. Click on Blocks galore. You'll see all kinds of paper pieced blocks in any size. Also If you have a block, make it smaller or larger on the printer. Hope this helps.

Thank you. I forgot about Quilter's cache.

Also if you have EQ you can print off any block as a PP block.

Classic Quilts with Precise Foundation Piecing...1996..by Tricia Lund and Judy Pollard..this is a great book...That Patchwork Place is the source. There are lots of books available for paper piecing..Happy quilting.

Carol Doak is the expert in the field. One of her books, or better yet her video, would be enough.
The find a friend with EQ and they can print the blocks PP if you want. Or, you could draw your own block preferences on graph paper .... etc, etc, etc. EQ is much easier. ali |
Carol Doak is the one I would start with if you are learning paper piecing. That is how I learned. It was really really really easy. I have a couple of her books and you can get them from a library also. good luck. and show pics of your work.
