Hi I'm a new quilter. I've made alot of squares of SueBonnet Sue but have yet had time to piece it together since I work and also take care of grandchildren (3).
I'm trying to find out if anyone is familiar with paper plate quilting. If so can someone try and provide me with "How To". Thank you so much.

I'm curious. Does paper plate quilting mean you use a paper plate to trace circles or arcs onto your quilt top to use as a quilting guide? :?

SandraJennings 07-31-2007 10:51 AM

Well Gal You got us stumped there. Sounds fun and inventive...i too ask for clue.

jb - none of the pictures came through for me, though I got an idea of what they were talking about when reading through it.

Right now it is 23F (-5C) outside and blowing snow. I think I'll pass on the picnic. ;)

Minni,
Please explain further. We're all very interested.

I do not know what paper plate quilting is but I use paper plates to keep my stacks of different fabrics I have cut for a quilt separated when I have to put them away for a while. Does that make sense?
