I checked the Quilt in a Day website and can get it for about $30. I may wait until the Quilt Festival in Houston this fall and pick one up. Or just get it mailed to me. Or, if I can figure out the dimensions, I'll make something similar in EQ and paper piece it. So many options.....

$67 is the cheapest price for that ruler on Amazon? Surely Eleanor Burns doesn't charge that much on her website. Now you know I need to go and check that out. You don't even need a specialty ruler to make wonky strips. You can just add wide strips then cut the sides off on a diagonal.

Has anyone ever made the Converging Corners quilt?

How do you figure out the length of the strips you need for each round without doing them one by one?
