I was going to say #4 but then after reading ube quilting's comment, I agree...if you are going to do a larger quilt, then #2 but for a small quilt, definitely #4

I'm going to add to the confusion and add a different layout to the mix! How about a complete "X" in light and then a complete "X" in dark? That way you would need at least three X's wide to alternate the light and dark, and maybe that would be too big. Just a thought!

Which ever one you pick will be stunning, great fabric choices. I am liking #4 best but they are all so pretty that you can't lose on this one.
