Pattern suggestions? Panel and 10 FQ
 

I just bought a fat quarter bundle with a 24x44 panel and 10 fat quarters. I bought an additional 2 yards of a coordinating fabric. I don’t mind adding more fabric to this. I want approximately 60x90 inches. Any pattern suggestions? Thanks in advance.

I'm almost ready to put binding on this: panel, with narrow fabric striped border, narrow pieced piano key border, then large fabric border (which FMQ'd very nicely) then large pieced piano key border small fabric border.

I don't have any pattern suggestions but recommend a couple of places you can look. First look up the fabric manufacturer of the panel, there's a good chance that it will have some already designed and are often free. The second, is e-quilter. They have tons of free patterns and frequently uses panels. If nothing else it will give you a good starting place.
