Warm Wishes pattern and Tube Quilt blocks are the ones that come to mind when I think of easy but looks complicated.

Someone else mentioned the french braid. It's the opposite though - looks way hard, but is totally easy. Everytime I include it on a quilt people oooh and ahhh. :D

I love Disappearing 4 patch. Looks like you cut and fitted lots of tiny pieces, but it couldn't be easier.

I think the D4Patch looks much more difficult than it is because it looks like little pieces.

These dimensional ones give me the heebie-jeebies. I don't know why. My DH loves them. Guess I'll have to give them a try. Thank you.
