PE 180 Custom logo
 

I inherited a Disney PE 180D machine. I do not know if everything is here. Where can I go to get some general instruction? How do i create a custom logo to embroidery?

is that the one that takes cards. if it does, I don't know if you cn.

I am not sure that with this lower level of embroidery machine if you will be able to do custom logo.

You will need digitizing software to create the logo. Then getting it to the machine will require a card writer/reader such as PED Basic to transfer from computer to re-writable card. After all this, your embroidery field is 4" by 4". But yes, you can do it if you learn to digitize to create the logo, and there is free software plus tutorials for this. Go to

You are going to need some manner of transferring your free and bought designs anyway...so the Brother PED Basic is the way to go. Check out ebay, Walmart on line, Amazon, Allbrands.com for your best prices. Have fun and join an emb forum - Sewforum has a wealth of info plus many free designs once you can transfer them to your machine.
