I responded to this question this morning. Didn't finish but lost the post. I am posting a new thread regarding this.
I searched for Peek A Look quilt block and couldn't find anything. Found lots of info for Peek-A-Boo quilt design.
So unless we have a specific reference where we can see the block, or magazine etc, it will be difficult to answer your question.
