I have some left over peg board and am wondering how to make use of it in my quilting room. I have concrete walls and was wondering how to attach it to the wall and what to use for "hooks" for hanging things.

I know there is some crafty person on this board with a photo of what they did.

I have cement block home as well and the walls are cement. I used mollies on one area and just screws with anchors in sewing room. My son in law actually used the command strips and hung his peg board on the wall. If you like I can ask where he got them. Supposedly they come off clean.

I was also going to suggest the Command strips. You should be able to purchase them at any hardware store, Walmart, Walgreens, etc. I think I've even seen them at the grocery store. I don't know how well they work on concrete, but they're great for aluminum siding.

This is how I did some peg board for hanging things in my sewing room. Hope it gives you some idea.
Sorry no idea on how to tell you to anchor it to the wall.

hooks---- In the garage section of Lowe's, they have different packs of assorted hooks. They are relatively inexpensive. Make sure to hang your pegboard on a frame so there is a small gap between the pegboard and the wall.

Command makes picture hanging tabs that are sort of like velcro. They have two parts that stick together. I use those to hang all sorts of things. They're fast and super easy to use. You stick two parts together and stick it to the back of whatever you're hanging, peel the paper off the back and stick it to the wall.

Command strips come off totally clean.

I use the command strips to hang tons of stuff! Just didn't think they will be stong enough for the peg board. I will have drill into the cement block and do it that way. I just needed to see if the peg board was framed. Thanks for all of your suggestions!!!

I found these pictures that I posted on here about a year ago.

DH made the nice oak frame from leftover wood he had from another home project.
I bought a peg board supply kit for about $12 with tons of various hooks, racks, and containers. I've put to use less than half of the components in the kit. So I would say that was a good value too, and the remaining pieces are stored away for when I want to rearrange things on the board.

I have a brass mailbox on the pegboard, and it's the right size for commercially sold quilt patterns. I also tuck away little notes from recipients of the quilts I have given as gifts.

Also, I've put up a makeshift shelf (top right of first picture) from an acrylic ruler on two peg board shelf brackets. Right now, I'm displaying the thank you cards I've received from some wonderful people on this site with whom I've shared some fabric.

I've got a bag of chocolate handy on the countertop. Help yourself.

My sewing area is in the basement and I just had to have some pegboard. My DH took strips of wood, pretty sure they were 1X2's, cut them about 4 in smaller than the width of the pegboard and used cement glue to stick them on. The glue we had you used a chalk gun with. He used two boards, 5 in from the top and bottom. Then you screw the pegboard into them. Works great and much easier than drilling into cement!
