Pens for signiture quilts
Which is the best pen for signing siniture quilts?
I only use the Pigma Micron pens made by Sakura. They do come in different tips widths. You can buy them at JAF.

yep, Pigma Micron pens. I used to do signature blk swaps galore. used .o5 size. and also heat set a bit just to be sure. so far so good and it's been years of washing quilts done this way.
I need to look them up. Going over to JAF today.

Peckish who is on The Quilting Board has a article on her quilting website http://www.seamstobeyouandme.com The Great Signature Pen Debate - the final decision is very informative about different types of pigma pens.

I use Pigma micron pens.
Another vote for Pigma pens but I'd get at least 1mm (Micron only go up to size 08).
I also use the pigma pens but I also have used some pens made specifically for fabric. It all depends if I want to have a thin line or a fatter line.
I found the Pigma's turned a purplish color after multiple washings. My findings led me to use the Nano-Liner by Royal Langnicke.
