Pfaff Hobby Grand Quilter and Inspira Frame

Mid-arm quilting novice here, although I've sewn and quilted most of my life. I just bought the Pfaff Hobby Grand Quilter with the Inspira frame from someone who used it once and decided they didn't like it. I haven't plugged it in yet to see if I'm any good at it. I need to solve a small problem first. The shelf for the pantograph sheets dips down in the middle (I've got it extended to it's full size.) Is there some way to reinforce this shelf in the middle so it doesn't dip?

Make sure your frame is level.

If you have to put something under it, Be sure to use a level to keep the whole table level.

it doesn't really matter if it dips slightly. it is for pantographs and the only pantos you can use on that system are 3" wide or so. mine always dipped.
There is a learning curve with any machine.

I have this machine and quilt frame and I am very happy with it . It is only a mid-arm so do not get to upset with it.

Thanks for the encouragement! I've made sure the frame is level. I think it's a design flaw that makes the table dip. The two pieces are only held together with a small thin brace. I was hoping to put something under it to keep it up and straight. Strips of wood? PVC pipe? Anyone ever done anything like this?
