Everyone, It would be fun to see what Everyone has done for Charity. It warms my heart to see the quilts done for kids, patients in Nursing Homes, Soldiers, All of the less fortunate people, etc. Thanks for All of the Work You do. Eiltcoq.

I am a newbie so I have only made a "QFK" that I already posted.
Before I started quilting I crocheted 10 afghans for friends in one year, most of which I elderly. and a couple of lap quilts. The big things on my wish list, are more QFK, chemo caps (especially now that one of my friends daughter is having a mastectomy today) and lap quilts for the nursing home where my Uncle was moved last weekend, and hopefully much more. If quilting hits me the way all of my other crafts do, I will have little to show for my work as I give it all away. But this time I am keeping a photo journal! |
Yes Yes Yes - Great Idea! A photo journal of everything I make so when I don't feel like I've Finished anything I can look at it!
Maybe I should start a PIG file too Thanks! |

This is one of 2 quillows I made a couple of years ago for a charity raffle, I made them of fleece. I've just started a couple of years ago taking digial pics so do not have pics of all my charity quilts. It has been several!
The second and third are downy quilts for kids, my take. |
very cute and thanks for starting this thread

Well done.

Good greif, I have made so many I think there are too many to post here. I normally make them for the NICU at a local hospital.
My group has already donated 100 this year alone! I guess I made about 20 -25 myself. |
