pillow pattern for a little boy

my sisters GGS will be 1year old and I thought of making him a pillow. I have so many patterns for a little girl but not for a boy.
any ideas?
thanks

Can you be more specific about what kind of pillow? I love to make pillowcases for their bed pillow using fun fabrics and my kids, nieces and nephews love them. Is that what you're thinking or do you want to make an ornamental pillow?

I would just make a cute pillowcase with fabrics that any little boy would enjoy. There is a fabric line with the "Cars" characters from the Disney movie.

I'm making my grandson one with a puppy on it. I took a 12 1/2" block from Quiltmaker's 100 Blocks Volume 6 (applique puppy designed by Rob Stanphill. http://willowbaydesigns.com/) I added a 2 1/2" border around to it. It is coming out very nicely. I am making it envelope style so my daughter can wash it as needed.

Maybe pick something your GGS will like and make a pillow out of it. (cars, airplanes, puppies etc.) You can also use coloring pages for design patterns and ideas. I get some great ideas for pillows and wall hangings from coloring books.

thank you for the web link, want to make pillow case, rather then pillow with boy theme, puppy might do or a truck. I should be more resourceful myself, thanks again
