I have directional fabric that I want to use in the cuff of a pillowcase.
(I'm using the burrito pillowcase method). So should I lay it out with the direction going away from me or towards me (as I look down at it)? you know, should the houses be standing up or laying down? lol |

when you measure 27" for the body, you want the top of the houses to be at the top of fabric. (your measuring tape will be touching a rooftop)

I do mine with any directional going to the top of the pillowcase if possible.
