too pricey for my budget Iwent to lowes and in the hardwaredept purchased a 20 foot roll of rolled insulation for $2.79 cent cut into half inch pieces (200 of them) and still have over half of the roll left. Works great.

I've never seen or heard of these. I'm gonna have to check into them and maybe give them a try.

I use the "cork" out of my Chardonnay bottles. One cork will yield about 8 pieces. I use a sharp knife, cut cork in half from top to bottom, and then cut each half in 4 sections. Girls if you drink wi e this is a win/win! If you don't drink wine
Ask a friend to save them for you. They stay in place and don't crumble. emily |
I love it when a new product comes out and we figure out way cheaper way to go!

You can also buy caulking backer rod at the hardware store for around $5 and cut it into pieces and you get about 300 homemade pinmoors.

You can also buy huge tubs of foam earplugs in many stores including Wal-mart that work pretty well as cheap Pinmoors.

I'm clueless.What are those?

I tried them once and have never been stuck with pins more in my life. Maybe I wasn't putting them on right, but I gave them away.

I bought a garden kneeling pad at the dollar store and cut pieces 1/2"x1/2" -- they work great too.
