I have needles all over the place in my room. My family knows better to be careful when coming in. A small room with lack of space combined with me being a bit disorganized attributes to this. If I move operation to my brother's room (he has more space and we'll usually hang out while I'm pinning something) I try to make sure I didn't miss any pins, but somehow no matter how hard I make sure not to leave any behind I end up missing one.
The other night I had the weirdest dream I was in this abandoned warehouse and there were pins all over the floor...and they were like the ones I get at Wal-Mart: the quilter's ones with the yellow pin heads. |

Well, I admit, I am notorious for dropping pins and leaving them on the floor till I clean up after the project is finished. I never walk around barefoot, so I don't worry as much as I probably should. My grandson loves to use the extension magnet when he comes for a visit, so they get picked up every weekend regardless.
