Pleasant Mountain Woodworks

I have a 3 rail quilt frame and the maker Pleasant Mountain seems to be out of business. My husband purchased it for me several years ago and I am just now putting it to use. I don't have the instructions for mounting the quilt on the frame. Anybody have the instructions?

If it's a 3 pole frame, you can follow these directions: http://www.hinterberg.com/Download/H...ng%20quilt.pdf

I hope this helps.

OMG I loved my PM 3-rail quilt frame!

The cute young man who originally made them was from Mount Pleasant, TX, and began to work the big shows selling them. Eventually he and his wife divorced, he married another vendor (maker of nice canvas bags for carrying quilting tools, mats, rulers, I believe) and moved to the west coast, I heard. I also heard he sold the company to an older man at some point and that's who went out of the business. I looked for them, too, several years ago; mine was so beautifully made.

Thank you, that's interesting. It's sad the company wasn't sold again to someone else who could continue to make these wonderful quilting floor frames. I sure miss mine.
