Ok, so I am thinking of some names for this quilt. It is for my younger sister. Picture found in link below. It is the purple and pink bordered one.

1) twirl with me posies

2) Let's go play in the flower garden (b/c someone said it looks like a flower garden on my facebook page. I think it might have been Joan)

3) Ring around the posies

4) Oh Boy What Posies (O..B...W...Posies) Thanks Gma Susie for this suggestion.


I am also open to suggestions. Any thoughts?

So I know that this doesn't follow pattern of the other names that you have picked but I vote for Kaleidoscope. That's what it kinda looks like from the picture when you don't look too close. I really like it. It's very pretty.

When I posted my comment it refreshed the page and brought up Sulabugs post as well. It looks like she is thinking the same way I am. :)

How about combine the two names? Kaleidoscope Posies.

I actually like the "ring around the posies" as it seems realy whimsical and like games I played with my sister as kids.

I love the blocks in the border. I'm going to steal that idea for the OBW I'm making.

I picked this b/c my sister and I used to play games like this all the time and the quilt is for her. Still open for suggestions. They are all great.

Well, I am thinking, if she does not know you are making it, you could call it (her name) Surprise. If her name is Debbie, it could be "Debbie's Surprise".

Hahaha, good one. She does not know that it is for her but she has seen pics on my facebook page. She hasn't responded between the choices listed. I think what she chooses is what I will prolly name it. Everyone is coming up with such good names it's hard to choose!!
