Please Help, EQ6 and Janome MBX Programs with Windows 8
 

Can anyone tell me if EQ6 and Janome MBX embroidery programs are compatible with Windows 8. I just purchased a new laptop today. I have to make sure my EQ and my Janome MBX programs are going to work on it before I even open the box.

What version of mbx?

Do not know about your Janome programs but for EQ6 you will have to work at giving it additional permissions. Google "run EQ6 on Windows 8" and you should find some help.

Not familiar with mbx, but if you go to this link, and scroll down to the version 4 area, it looks like it will work with 8.
