Hi, I'm doing a quest book quilt for my sisters wedding... in 2 weeks. I'm freaking out. The top is pieced so i don't have to cut off messages for seam allowance.

Should I put the whole thing together and quilt it before folks sign? If not I'm thinking of just ironing and pining the sides so that I can sash, sandwich and quilt afterward.

Also another silly question where do I get freezer paper, and what brand is best?

I have the pens, I just need to know soon if I should be quilting it every waking hour between now and then.

Please help!

Freezer paper can be purchased in your grocery store ... right along side waxed paper, plastic wrap, etc.

You can't iron the freezer paper on the back of the signing blocks if you sandwich the quilt. Staystitch the edges and trim any threads and call it good.

Okay I have finished the quilt, its quilted and bound... now I'm having an issue, I have some of the quilting chalk i used to mark where to quilt that is being stubborn, and not yielding to a damp cloth. Can I wash the quilt? will the ink fade right away?
