Hard decision, as they both look good, but I might use a narrow sashing, finishing 1-1 1/2 inches, and I like the white sashing. Either way it will be a beautiful quilt and you "might" make a dent in your stash.

I like the sashing but also like the secondary pattern in #2.

I like both but think the sashing you can see the beauty of each individual block...without the blocks seem to get lost

I like it with the sashing too - I think it shows off each piece of the lovely fabric scraps you've used.
