Have any of you tried the Pledge Fabric Sweeper? How do you like it?

amma 06-14-2009 09:36 AM

What or WHO are you planning on using this on????

I had one. I thought it was overpriced for what it did and the fact that it was disposable instead of reusable.

It worked ok. Our dog isn't allowed on the furniture, but he does go in the car, so I used it mostly in there.

i'm in a constant battle with cat hair.

i vacuum the furniture and all of it is slip covered so i just throw it in the wash and line dry.

for everything else i just use the tape style lint rollers.

HAHAHA I have black fabric that has fuzz. I have washed it again and it is still fuzzy. I don't like those sticky things cause they are so wasteful. I am wondering if this is any better. I got a $2.00 off coupon on it.

But Amma now that you mention it...........

You can use a rubber glove on furniture, just rub and it collects it

dampen them first. YAY!

I love them.. Yes pricey however, with a hubby that is allergic to my dogCorgie), I use them on our comforter every night before bed. I'm afraid the dog sleeps on the bed at night and I have found these are the best for picking up the dog hair. Inside the packages you will find more $$ off coupons.

My did got one and loved it. I just wish it wasn't disposable and I could get refills.

I wondered about that rubber brush thing they have been advertising for sweeping pet hair off of furniture...is that what you are talking about?
