I'm saddened to see members of this Board saying they're going to leave. If they would only give it a little longer, I'm sure they would get used to it. I've been on and off here today and have to say it is getting more and more familiar. I have no intention of leaving this Board. Everyone here is so friendly and so helpful and I love it. Everyone, please be patient and you will soon be navigating around this site just like you were the old one.

It absolutely is!

I went through many computer program changes when I worked. It is always confusing at first and hard to find which link to push. After a week or so, things get automatic and I'm sure they will get that way here too. Hang in there everyone, things will get easier.

Well said! (I was looking for the "like" button, but I guess there's not one! lol)

I have not tried all the options but so far I like it. Of course it will take a little time to learn but I like the challenge. Love everyone on this board and hope they will give it a try. And just take a little time to get used to it.

Change in a website doesn't seem like a big deal

Yesterday was the first anniversary of the death of my husband, totally unexpected, so the reformatting of a forum doesn't seem that traumatic of an event to me. I haven't yet had time to investigate but I'm sure I'll figure it out. If not, I will learn to make do and get what I can out of it.

I agree with grammatjr that we should all take a deep breath and give this new system a chance. I loved the way it was, and was so comfortable there, but stumbled my way around here last night until I found a few things, changed my avatar (again) and read a few posts. Maybe if I don't stay on line all day like I was doing, I will get more sewing done. :) I have looked at several other boards over the past few months, but have only joined this one, because of the people here and the administrators who do such a good job. It is like getting to know a new member of the family, or a new location with a job relocation, but by golly, we can do it.
God bless and happy sewing to all. Roberta
