Why are not all of my posts (that I started) not showing up when I do a search. I see that I've started 8 posts and only 3 are showing up.

Any ideas?

Tracy

If you double click on your name (on the left) the number of the threads you have started comes up, Double click on that and you will get the complete list, I hope that helps.

No, actually it didn't. I did what you suggested, as I had done that before. That's how I found out I actually had 8 new threads. But...if you do a search (by clicking on the link at the top, and do a search for Tracy_Lit5, only 3 show up in the list.

So, if someone wanted to look at all the pictures I posted, and they did a search for my name, only 3 would show up...and there are actually 5 in pictures and 3 in other places that should show up.

It didn't work for me either, so don't feel too bad.

This is my guess (though not necessarily correct). The search only looks through the text of the messages. The name of the person who created the post is not always in the message itself. If someone responded to you by name, or quoted from one of your messages, then the text "Tracy_Lit5" would appear in one of the messages, so it would be found in a search.

The way to find all topics created by someone is to click on their name, which gives the number of topics they have created, then click on that and get a list of the topics.
