pouch for a chairlift
 

My Dad has Parkinsons and is having a chairlift installed in his home. I was thinking of makeing him a pouch that somehow attaches on to the arm of the chair, so he could carry his stuff along with him. I got the idea from seeing the little pouches made for keeping thread and little bits of things, and they go on your sewing table. Does anyone have any ideas for this?
