PP LeMoyne Star?

I love the LeMoyne Star. I would prefer a PP option for this. Is there a pattern available for it? I searched Quilters Cashe without any luck. :(

I couldn't find a paper pieced option either so I tried drafting one in Quilt Assistant. It didn't like that star in PP. It might be easier just to do it in half square triangles instead or by this method:

Of course, it all depends on what size block you had in mind.

The method Suzanne 57 referred to is very similar to the one I use. There is a woman on u tube called the gourmet quilter that demonstrates it really well. I believe that her blocks are 5" but I have made them larger using the same technique. It is not paper pieced.
